Who can purchase from WooveBeer?
We operate exclusively on a B2B basis. Our clients include regional wholesalers, supermarket chains, HoReCa groups, and export traders. We do not supply private individuals or residential addresses.
Logistics & MOQs
What is your typical Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
While MOQs vary by brand, our standard supply starts at 2 pallets per brand. Larger buyers typically source in Full Truckload (FTL) volumes to optimize shipping costs.
Where are orders dispatched from?
Our primary logistical hub is located in Stuttgart, Germany. We coordinate EU-wide and international delivery from this central point using established freight partners.
Which countries do you supply?
We supply all EU member states, as well as established export routes to the UK, USA, and Australia. Compliance and lead times vary based on destination.

Payments & Documentation
How do I request a formal quotation?
Please use our Quote Request Form. You will need to provide your Company VAT/EORI number, desired brand, quantity, and full delivery address for an accurate price.
What documentation is provided with shipments?
We provide all standard B2B documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and CMR. For intra-EU movements under duty suspension, we issue the electronic e-AD via EMCS.
