Mixed orders require approval
Different brands or SKUs may be requested, but mixed pallets or a two-brand combination are available only when explicitly quoted.
Final terms are written
Stock, pallet build, pricing, payment, delivery and documentation are not final until they appear in an approved quotation or invoice.

The MOQ Does Not Replace Delivery Planning
A two-pallet product minimum does not mean every route is commercially or operationally available for two pallets. Destination, freight cost, import responsibility and site access still need to be assessed.
Stock is not reserved by an enquiry. Allocation is confirmed through the applicable commercial documents and required payment.
Mixed pallets are not assumed. A mixed configuration is available only when it is expressly stated in the quotation.
Freight is not automatically included. The quotation identifies the agreed delivery basis and any stated transport charge.
International supply is route-specific. Buyer import readiness and documentation responsibilities must be agreed before acceptance.

Can I order less than two pallets?
Orders below two pallets are not part of the standard WooveBeer wholesale model. We supply registered businesses in pallet and truckload quantities rather than consumer parcels or individual cases.
Is every two-pallet request automatically accepted?
No. Two pallets is the standard starting point, but acceptance remains subject to business verification, SKU availability, pallet build, destination, transport feasibility and agreed commercial terms.
Can the two pallets contain different brands?
You may request different brands or SKUs. Whether the order can contain two different full pallets or any mixed-pallet arrangement must be confirmed in the written quotation; it should not be assumed.
How many cases are supplied on one pallet?
Cases per pallet vary by brand, container type, pack size, case configuration and source. Use only the SKU-specific pallet count stated in the current quotation.
What are the payment terms for a two-pallet order?
Orders from one to nine pallets require 100% payment against invoice before release. Orders of 10 pallets or more use a 50% initial payment and 50% after readiness confirmation and before dispatch, unless different written terms are expressly agreed.
Can WooveBeer arrange full-truckload orders?
Yes. Full-truckload enquiries can be assessed using the requested product mix, pallet count, weight, route, destination access and agreed delivery basis.
Does the minimum order price include delivery?
Not automatically. Product price, freight responsibility, transport charges and the delivery basis are stated in the quotation prepared for the specific order and route.
