Beer Wholesale for Export Traders
WooveBeer supports professional trading companies sourcing branded beer for cross-border distribution and approved re-export routes. We structure quotations around verified products, destination requirements, shipment volume, delivery responsibility and the documents agreed for the transaction.
Trade-focused sourcing
Wholesale beer supply built around the export transaction
Export traders need more than a brand list. A commercially workable order must align the product, packaging, best-before information, pallet build, destination rules, buyer credentials, transport plan and responsibility for export and import procedures.
Our beer wholesale for export traders service begins with an RFQ review. We assess what can be supplied for the named route and provide available terms in writing. Nothing on this page should be treated as guaranteed stock, a customs approval or an unconditional promise that a product may enter every destination.
Operational priorities
What professional beer export traders need from a supplier
Product verification
Exact SKU, case format, packaging, batch or best-before information and available quantity confirmed before commitment.
Commercial clarity
A written quotation identifying price basis, payment terms, delivery term, named place and order-validity conditions.
Document alignment
Transaction records agreed against the route, transport mode and information requested by the buyer’s appointed broker.
Load feasibility
Pallet construction and loading assessed from actual product dimensions, weight and carrier limitations.
Destination readiness
The importer verifies licensing, labelling, excise, tax, deposit, registration and channel restrictions before shipment.
Traceable communication
Order changes, document requirements and commercial approvals recorded in writing before release.
Portfolio assessment
Branded beer and packaging formats for export enquiries
Export requests may include internationally recognised brands such as Heineken, Corona, Guinness, Stella Artois, Carlsberg, Peroni, Budweiser, Pilsner Urquell, Krombacher and Estrella Damm.
Cans
Selected trade cases for retail, distribution and event channels. Case and pallet quantities are SKU-specific.
Bottles
Selected glass-bottle formats, subject to route suitability and destination packaging requirements.
Kegs and alcohol-free lines
Selected keg or alcohol-free products may be quoted when stock, channel and destination conditions permit.
Freight preparation
Pallet, road-freight and container planning
The appropriate loading method depends on the route, product weight and dimensions, pallet policy, carrier equipment, port requirements and buyer’s receiving facility. We do not publish fixed container capacities because the safe and lawful load must be calculated from the confirmed SKU mix.
| Shipment approach | Typical commercial use | Quotation checks |
|---|---|---|
| Pallet or grouped pallets | Market testing, controlled replenishment or smaller multi-SKU requirements | MOQ, consolidation feasibility, pallet stability, route and receiving access |
| Part or full truckload | European trade lanes and larger scheduled orders | Loading plan, axle and gross-weight limits, pickup slot and named destination |
| Containerised sea freight | Non-EU routes or longer-distance programmes | Container type, verified payload, pallet method, port cut-offs, moisture risk and documentation |
For related planning, review our shipping and logistics, minimum order and pricing and pallets pages.
Document responsibility
Commercial and transport documents agreed for each route
The required document set changes with the destination, customs procedure, transport mode, origin status and agreed Incoterms® rule. Common transaction records may include a commercial invoice, packing information and a carrier-issued transport document.
Other items—such as an export declaration, proof or statement of origin, excise movement record, health or analysis certificate, insurance evidence or destination permit—apply only when legally required, available and expressly agreed. A certificate of origin does not automatically grant preferential tariff treatment, and an EUR.1 is not appropriate for every product or route.
Important: the buyer and its appointed customs or tax professionals must validate the destination document list. WooveBeer supplies only documents that apply to—and are agreed for—the confirmed transaction.
Due diligence
Export, excise and destination-market compliance
Destination requirements
Tariffs, taxes, rules of origin, procedures and product requirements vary by market. The European Commission’s Access2Markets portal is a useful official starting point for EU trade research.
Excise movements
Alcohol is an excisable product. Where an EU excise movement applies, the parties must establish the correct status and procedure. See the European Commission’s official EMCS information.
Incoterms® and named place
Incoterms® allocate defined delivery, cost and risk responsibilities; they do not replace the sales contract or determine ownership. Consult the official ICC Incoterms® resources.
Contract precision
Choosing a workable delivery term
The Incoterms® rule must be followed by a precise named place or port. It should be selected only after both parties confirm who can legally and practically perform export, transit and import formalities.
| Rule | Practical use | Critical point to verify |
|---|---|---|
| FCA | Buyer controls main carriage; seller delivers to the agreed carrier/place and handles applicable export formalities | Exact delivery point and loading responsibility |
| CPT / CIP | Seller pays carriage to the named destination; CIP also requires specified insurance | Risk transfers when goods are handed to the carrier, not at destination |
| DAP | Seller arranges delivery to the named place; buyer generally handles import formalities | Import readiness and unloading responsibility |
| FCA/CPT/CIP vs maritime rules | Often more suitable for containerised or multimodal cargo than FOB/CIF | Match the rule to the actual handover and transport mode |
DDP is not promised as a default. It requires the seller to manage import formalities and may be impractical or unavailable where local rules restrict a foreign seller. The final available term appears in the written quotation.

Export trader questions
Beer wholesale for export traders FAQ
Who may submit an export wholesale enquiry?
Registered trading companies, importers, distributors, wholesalers and commercial procurement organisations may enquire. We do not supply private consumers.
What is the minimum order?
Our standard starting point is 2 pallets. Route, brand, packaging and consolidation constraints may require a different commercially viable quantity, which is confirmed in the quotation.
Do you guarantee all brands for every export market?
No. Availability, packaging and territorial suitability are reviewed for the named destination. Only the written offer confirms what is available for that transaction.
Can you prepare full export documentation?
We prepare applicable documents agreed for the shipment. The buyer and its broker must identify and verify destination-specific permits, certificates, registrations and import requirements before approval.
Can you arrange FTL or container shipments?
These shipment modes can be assessed. Capacity and loading are calculated from the actual SKU mix, pallet method, weight, route and carrier constraints rather than generic estimates.
Do you offer private-label beer?
Private label is not presented as a standard WooveBeer service on this page. If a buyer has a documented programme, it may submit the specification for a separate feasibility review without any commitment of availability.
How do I receive export pricing?
Use the quotation form and provide the destination, importer details, brands, formats, quantity, delivery period and requested Incoterms® rule. We will assess the RFQ and return available terms in writing.
